Description

Goldmaw is a turn-based dungeon RPG made for a 14-day game jam under the theme Profit & Backstabbing. You lead a party of two allies through five rooms of increasing danger, fighting enemies and collecting gold along the way.

Every ally has hidden greed and loyalty stats that shift with every battle and every piece of loot distributed. Give too much to yourself and watch their eyes change. At some point, one of them may decide the gold is worth more than your life — crossing the battlefield to fight against you.

Loot distribution is a decision, not a reward. Who gets the relic. Who gets the gold. Every choice feeds someone's ambition.

This is a prototype built under jam conditions. Whether Goldmaw becomes something more is uncertain for now.
